Anantapur: District Collector Veera Pandian has opened District Monitoring Cell in the Zilla Parishad on Friday to tackle water scarcity problems on a day to day basis in view of the advancing summer. He called upon the people to register their problems with the monitoring cell by calling telephone numbers 08554-233322 or 9618974845.
He also called for judicious use of water resources and help conserve every drop of water. ZP CEO Shobha Swaroopa Rani, RWS SE Hariram Naik and DRDA Project Director K S Rama Rao were present.
