Customers are facing difficulties with ATMs in the city are running out the cash soon after cash is filled. There are 47 ATMs belong to nationalised, scheduled and private banks. Indian Bank is the lead bank in the district.
Chittoor: Customers are facing difficulties with ATMs in the city are running out the cash soon after cash is filled. There are 47 ATMs belong to nationalised, scheduled and private banks. Indian Bank is the lead bank in the district.
Even, ATMs of Indian Bank were not able to meet the cash needs of the people. The customers said that bank higher officials are not intervening the issue to sort out the problem.
It is learnt that public are deliberately not depositing money in the banks due to various reasons. The RBI has stopped releasing Rs 2,000 currency notes, an official spokesman of a bank told The Hans India.
