Rajamahendravaram: TDP is making arrangements to conduct Nagara Darshini programme from Monday in the city.
The party commences its programme from 1st division and planning to cover as many as 200 booths in four months.
Participating in the party coordination meeting held here on Sunday, Godavari Urban Development Authority (GUDA) chairman Ganni Krishna said that the programme was aimed to brief to people on the welfare schemes
and development works conducted during four years.
Moreover, the party activists should also mingle with the people to know about their problems. Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu was very much particular to complete the programme successfully. Nagara Darshini helps to take the leaders to the people.
MLC Adireddy Appa Rao said 42 divisions in the city will be covered under this programme. This programme helps to know about the problems of the people. He appealed to the party cadres to participate in the programme to make it a success.
Mayor Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai, deputy mayor Vasireddy Rambabu, corporators and others were present.
