Visakhapatnam: Tension prevailed at a private hospital 'My Cure' located in Maharanipeta in the city after fire broke out in the hospital. However, no one was injured in the incident.
As part of damage control measures, the hospital management shifted about 70 patients to various hospitals including its another branch at Jagadamba Junction and Vijetha, Care hospitals.
According to the information, the fire took place at Cath lab in the hospital and the batteries using for the UPS also broke. With this, the hospital staff and doctors immediately started rescue operations and shifted the patients to other hospitals.
