Performers mesmerise Happy Sunday audience
The Ongole public enjoyed the morning with the special programmes Happy Sunday and Anandalahari, arranged at the Community Hall in Chandrayya Nagar of 48th division by the Ongole Municipal Corporation
Ongole: The Ongole public enjoyed the morning with the special programmes Happy Sunday and Anandalahari, arranged at the Community Hall in Chandrayya Nagar of 48th division by the Ongole Municipal Corporation.
The public in the surrounding areas and students from the Geetanjali and Andhra High School joined the fun-filled programmes and enjoyed a lot.
The youth, children, and adults irrespective of men and women actively participated in the musical chairs, tug of war, caroms, ring, chess, puli-meka, lemon in spoon, snakes and ladder, shuttle badminton as part of the Happy Sunday activities.
The artistes of Bharatanatyam, folk, western dance, cultural, folk and cine songs mesmerised the public with their performance.
The Ongole Municipal Commissioner Sankranti Venkata Krishna, municipal engineer D Sundararami Reddy, DE Anil Kumar, TDP town president Kathari Nageswara Rao, Chandrayya Nagar Development Committee president B Lakshmi Raju and others along with the municipal staff, residents and students in the area also participated in the programmes.
