Visakhapatnam: Union Minister for Science and Technology Harsha Vardhan has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi brought number of revolutionary changes in the country. During the NDA ruling under the leadership of Narendra Modi in the past four and half years, excellent growth rate was registered in several sectors, the minister claimed. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated MSME Support and Outreach Programme, aimed to sanction of Rs 1 crore loan to the MSME units at New Delhi on Friday.
The MSME department in Visakhapatnam organised a programme to witness the inaugural programme on live telecast at Gurajada Kalakshetram. Before the programme, addressing the gathering, the Minister said that the BJP government cancelled 1,500 old and outdated acts and brought 100 new comprehensive acts in the country.
The Minister explained various programmes including opening of 33 crore Jana Dhan bank accounts and Ujwal scheme covering 18,000 villages. Collector Pravin Kumar was also present.
