Guntur: Minister for Civil Supplies Prattipati Pulla Rao has said that Kondaveedu Utsavams will be conducted on February 1 and 2 next year. He directed the officials to make necessary arrangements for the festival.
He visited the Kondaveedu Fort along with District Collector Kona Sasidhar and tourism department officials on Monday and inspected the development works and instructed them to speed up works on Monday.
He instructed the DFO to prepare a master plan to develop historical Kondaveedu Fort as tourist centre and added that Vanamahotsav would be conducted on December 30 and instructed him to remove weed.
Tourism department official R Mallikarjuna said that they will conduct road show in Guntur city in this connection.
Joint Collector AMD Imtiaz was among those participated.
