Tirupati: The NSS unit of Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam (SPMVV) has organised a candle rally protesting the killing of Indian army personnel in Pulwama by extremists.
The in-charge Vice-Chancellor of SPMVV Prof V Uma has said that all Indian have been condemning the brutal act with one voice and prayed for the martyrs.
Registrar Prof DM Mamatha expressed the hope that India will retaliate to the cowardly act in a fitting manner. NSS coordinator Prof Suvarnalatha Devi, Dean (student affairs) Prof Savithri, Prof K Madhu Jyothi, Engineering College Director Prof Ramakrishna Rao and others participated.
