In Thailand, the full-sized SUV will be launched in the coming months, while in India, where the Trailblazer was launched a few months ago, facelift is not expected to arrive before 2017.

Compared to the existing Chevrolet Trailblazer, the facelift Trailblazer gets a much angular and sporty design.For example, the front of 2016 Chevrolet Trailblazer Facelift has been completely revised. From bonnet design to the lower bumper, everything has been given a makeover. Moving to the side, new Trailblazer gets sporty new alloys with lower profile tyres, it also gets aluminium side step and chrome door handles. Read design features revised taillamp, new bumper and a floating roof spoiler with LED stop light.

Under the hood, there are no changes. New Chevrolet Trailblazer facelift continues to be powered by the same engine options which are seen on board the existing Trailblazer. These are in the form of 2.8 liter duramax turbocharged diesel engine generating 197 hp, 3.6 liter V6 petrol motor generating 275 hp and a 2.5 liter EcoTec petrol motor generating 200 hp.

Price of the new Trailblazer facelift has not been revealed yet. Considering that the current one is sold at a price tag of INR 27 lakh, ex-showroom, New Delhi, Trailblazer facelift is too expected to come at a similar price tag when it is launched in India next year.
