Actress Jahnvi Kapoor, who celebrated her 22nd birthday this week with a visit to Varanasi with her dad Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi, doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to sign films. Her debut was last year’s summer release, ‘Dhadak’, produced by Karan Johar.
Her next two films – ‘Takht’ and ‘Rannbhoomi’, also produced by Johar – will release only in 2020.
It is reported that she was offered a film with dual role, one a serious avatar and the other a lighter-vein one.
But it seems Jahnvi turned it down, as she didn’t want to be compared to her mum Sridevi’s iconic double role in ‘Chaalbaaz’.
Jahnvi’s team, meanwhile, is denying that such a film ever came her way.
