Vodafone introduces One rate, One South pack
Vodafone India has introduced a \'One Rate, One South\' pack to its pre-paid customers across the five southern states in India.
Chennai: Vodafone India has introduced a 'One Rate, One South' pack to its pre-paid customers across the five southern states in India. The pack charges at 1 paisa per second to all outgoing calls including local, STD and roaming, from anywhere in south India.
The charges are applied without considering the location from where the customer, may be AP, TS, TN, Kerala and Karnataka. The company said that there is increasing flouting of people between southern states following economic and educational requirements. The pack would benefit those who frequently travel between the southern cities.
The company said that the pack would benefit about 35 million prepaid customers across the five states and they can use one number without any trouble and they need not pay any roaming costs.
