TMR Infra launches new realty project
TMR Infra Private Limited launched a new real estate project. A satellite township, TMR Terrain will come up near Shadnagar in Ranga Reddy district. It will spread over 300 acre, comprising 165 and 400 square yard plots.

“Shadnagar is evolving into a major commercial and residential satellite town. In the years to come, it will be a key hub, with several reputed names in the construction business setting eyes on the properties here. Therefore, investors can look forward to reap rich dividends within a short span of time,” said Mohan Reddy, the company’s Managing Director, at the launch event.
The realty company launched this new project after completing its venture, Golden Habitat, on JP Dargah Road within just one year. To incentivise early buyers, it set Rs 3,300 per sq yard as launch price.
“We have always emphasized on designing economically suitable layouts in all our projects so that plots will be accessible to all classes of customers,” said Reddy.
