Actress Hema’s stalker held

Hyderabad: The Madhapur police nabbed a person who was allegedly harassing Telugu actor Hema by sending her lewd messages on her mobile. According to police, Hema lodged a complaint with Madhapur police stating that an unkwown person was sending abusive messages and making vulgar calls on her mobile.

The accused Madhu, 25, of Suryapet in Nalgonda, was arrested by the local police there and shifted to Hyderabad. There were similar complaints against him in Suryapet and was arrested earlier too. An intermediate drop-out, he collects girls' mobile numbers and sends lewd messages.

On speaking to media, the actress shared her experience, “One day I got blank calls early in the morning followed by scores of calls talking offensively and lewd messages. I was terrified at the frequency of these calls. I tried to talk sense to him but he wouldn't stop the course. Once when the call came in, I gave the phone to my makeup man to talk to him. My makeup man held a serious note and told him that he is talking to a cop.
