Manam ‘clicks’ online

Superstar Nagarjuna is extremely happy with the way ‘Manam’ trailer has received a thumbs-up from the audience and Akkineni fans. It has managed to get more than 6.5 lakh clicks online in just two days. “Many people are leaving me a message saying that it looks like a perfect family entertainer. They also felt the trailer was very refreshing,” said Nagarjuna. Executive producer Supriya said that the film is currently in post-production and the shooting is over, barring one song. The makers are planning to launch the soundtrack this month. Directed by Vikram Kumar, the film sees the late ANR, Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya, Shriya and Samantha in the lead roles.

Meanwhile, Nagarjuna has confirmed that he has signed a new film to be directed by Mani Ratnam. He says he is getting ready for one of the biggest challenges in his career. "Yes, I am doing a film with Mani Ratnam with Mahesh Babu and I in the lead. And it's in Telugu. Mani gave me a 40-minute narration, and I was clean-bowled by what I heard," said Nagarjuna.
