New Delhi: Actress Jiah Khan’s mother Rabiya Khan presented herself in court on Wednesday and said that she would not use any offensive language against Pancholis.

Actor couple Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, whose son Suraj is supposedly the main accused in the suicide of actress Jiah Khan, has filed a Rs.100 crore defamation suit in the Bombay High Court against Rabia, the mother of Jiah Khan. The suit said that in 18 tweets, Rabbiya had purportedly made delicate comments about the three members of Pancholi family.

Advancing the issue, the court debarred Rabiya from making foul comments against Pancholis. Rabiya is a foreign national and is granted four weeks time, to be able to fly to United Kingdom.

It is worth recollecting that actress Jiah Khan was found lynching in her Juhu apartment on June 3, last year. The next hearing for the defamation suit against Rabiya is on August 25, 2014.
