As per the news, the first look teaser and trailer will launch on September 2 on the eve of Pawan Kalyan's birthday. The makers are currently filming the climax scenes and gearing up for October release. Regina Cassandra is playing the female lead in the movie and Jagapathi Babu is playing a prominent role. A S Ravi Kumar Chowdary is Directing the movie.

Allu Aravind and Dil Raju under Geetha Arts and Sri Venkateswara Creations produce the film. Bunny Vas, Harshith Reddy are the co-producers. Anup Rubens composed music.
“Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham” also casts Prakash Raj, Chandra Mohan, Raghu Babu, Shayaji Shinde, Ahuthi Prasad, Jaya Prakash Reddy, K. Viswanath, Prabhakar, Hema, Surekhavani in prominent roles.
