There is nothing wrong in their thinking but right from the beginning there is an impression that their approach is flawed. When anything happens film industry comes together to organise a charity match, charity music concert or chartiy fashion show etc and price the tickets exorbitantly. They call upon people to attend the special events and at the same time donate generously.
One question which creeps into everyone's mind is why should anyone watch their program to donate to victims. They can as well donate to the CM relief fund or various NGOs. After receiving contributions from people, they present it to Chief Ministers' posing as if they are donating from their pockets.
Many people say whatever little they could do, they can contribute without all this extravagant showbiz. Anyway donating is more important than showing off. Wonder when stars will realise this. Are these mere photo operations?
