Venkatesh, Samantha in 'Piku' remake?

Tollywood trend has been changing with directors choosing for remakes of other language movies instead of coming up with new scripts.

Everyone is aware of the recent remakes featuring Venkatesh - Gopala Gopala, Drushyam which turned into blockbuster hits. Now, Venkatesh has added another remake in his list with ‘Piku’ which featured Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Irfan Khan. Megastar Amitabh Bachchan played the role of a father role in the movie which is apparently going to be reprised by Venkatesh.

Deepika Padukone's role will be reprised by Samantha in the movie but the search is on for Irfan Khan's role and Ram Charan, Naga Chaitanya or Rana Daggubati names are coming up. Let’s see who will grab the chance.
