Yes. We are in talks with NTR: Mythri Movies

While everyone expected NTR to team up with Trivikram Srinivas once he wraps up his film with Sukumar, it appears that their ‘coming together’ might not happen for now. Yes, according to a source, the actor is likely to team up with ‘Mirchi’ fame Koratala Siva next. The writer-turned-director was supposed to make a film with the actor last year itself but things failed to materialise somehow.

The source says, “NTR rates Siva very high and gave him a word long ago. Though late in the day, he will be honouring his word. In all likelihood the film will be produced by Y Naveen, Y Ravi Shankar and CV Mohan under Mythri Movies, the production house which is awaiting the release of their maiden venture, ‘Srimanthudu’, with Mahesh Babu.”

When contacted, Y Naveen said, “Nothing has been confirmed yet. But yes, we are in talks with NTR.” So what went wrong with the NTR and Trivikram flick? “The project is not ruled out but it may not happen anytime soon. The director’s next might star either Nithiin or Naga Chaitanya, both of whom Trivikram met recently.

He has completed the script and is giving finishing touches to it. Depending on the requirements, he will pick his actor. A clear picture regarding this will be out in a couple of weeks,” says another source close to the director. Meanwhile, the long-delayed NTR flick with Sukumar will flag off from July 6 in London. The key unit, including the director, left to London on Thursday.
