Naveen Chandra and Lavanya Tripathi-starrer ‘Lacchimdeviki O Lekkundi’ (LOL) will be releasing alongside Ram-starrer ‘Nenu Sailaja’ on January 1, 2016.
Naveen Chandra and Lavanya Tripathi-starrer ‘Lacchimdeviki O Lekkundi’ (LOL) will be releasing alongside Ram-starrer ‘Nenu Sailaja’ on January 1, 2016. Directed by debutant Jagadish Talasila, a protégé of Rajamouli, the con comedy has tunes by MM Keeravani.
Speaking about the lead pair characterisations, the director says, “Lavanya’s role will have many dimensions - an over smart girl who is obsessed with selfies (though she’s not in real life), while Naveen will be seen as a bank employee. Together they do some crazy stuff and their scenes will tickle the funny bone of the audience.”
Prod Jagadish on why he chose to repeat the ‘Andala Raksasi’ pair, he says, “I saw their earlier film and was impressed with their on-screen chemistry. My film has been made with all the commercial ingredients to entertain all sections of the audiences. Keeravani's tunes have already topped the charts.”
