That Nagarjuna will play a dual role (father and son) in his next film ‘Soggade Chinni Nayanaya’ is a known thing. The film’s teaser got the fans and the audience excited, more so, to see the actor in a desi look in the movie, which will be Kalyan Krishna’s directorial debut.
Talking about his role, Nag says, “I loved the whacky script when it was narrated by Ram Mohan. You see, the film is set in a village backdrop. I will be seen in a light-hearted role as the father. One of the best parts of my characterizations is my antics.
I will be seen in panche kattu attires for one of the characters and, yes, I thoroughly enjoyed the shooting as it was fun to go back in time“, he says with his patented twinkle. While Ramya Krishna is paired opposite the father, Lavanya Tripati will be romancing the son.
