This festive season of Sankranthi is more special for movie lovers for whom, there is a treat of the visual wonder lined up for three consecutive days. With major films at the box office clashing, citizens are going frenzy over acquiring tickets for first day releases from January 13th.

Balakrishna’s ‘Dictator’ amidst high expectations is hitting screens on January 13th and the very next day, Junior NTR starrer ‘Nannaku Prematho’ is being released. Nannaku Prematho is a flick that is awaited by the citizens for its crazy combination of director Sukumar and music composer DSP. The trailers and songs have already gained popularity.

Nagarjuna is coming out with dual role action packed performance in ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ on January 15th. Sharwanand, who is often appreciated for his choice of scripts, is coming as ‘Express Raja’ after he won box office success as Run Raja Run earlier. All the teams of these movies are going all out to every corner to promote their releases by visiting Institutions, giving interviews and interacting with their fans on the social media.

Dictator is made on a budget of Rs 40 Crore and is packed with a lot of punch dialogues that are usually expected from Bala Krishna. Being his 99thflick in the industry, the trailers and promos are much talked about. Soggade Chinni Nayana gained excitement owing to the presence of many stars. Nannaku Prematho is made with a budget of Rs 50 crore and the protagonist’s look with beautiful locales of London is set to unfold at the box office.

Meanwhile, citizens are already checking out their influential channels to grab some tickets for these releases to watch them on the release day. The online ticketing portals have opened bookings for Dictator and Nannaku Prematho only on the release days while Soggade Chinni Nayana is open for the following days as well.

Marketing Manager of a famous mall on M G Road says, “We have been getting enormous texts and phone calls for booking tickets for the festival holiday time. There is nothing as blocking tickets prior to the release but we are ensuring that there would be no fuss over issue of tickets both for current shows and online. Online ticketing is a fair game, though.”

Book My Show, a famous ticketing partner has opened Dictator and Nannaku Prematho only in Navrang Theatre at Governorpet, on the release days alone and the rest of the days it is offering Soggade Chinni Nayana. The youngsters, fans associations’ of the respective film stars are already planning for a great event to mark the Sankranthi releases of their films.

Cut-outs, banners and hoardings were all being prepared to celebrate the occasion. The theatres in the city except that of Multiplexes will witness a crazy number of movie goers who make it a point to stand in lines from wee hours. J Mohan Krishna, owner of a printing and designing services at Gandhi Nagar said, “We are hands full in work. We had patterns ready for the fans of various stars such that we just change the titles and names before ordering for print. We are doing about 300 hoardings for Nannaku Prematho and Dictator movie releases.”
