Kay Kay Menon enters T’wood with Ghazi
Bollywood actor Kay Kay Menon, who is known for his power-packed performances in films like ‘Black Friday’, ‘Sarkar’, ‘Life in a … Metro’ and ‘Haider’ is playing a key role in Rana Daggubati-starrer ‘Ghazi’. The film also marks his debut in Telugu.

The actor has replaced Prakash Raj who opted out of the period drama to concentrate on his directorial venture ‘Manavoori Ramayanam’.
A source close to the development confirmed, “The moment Kay Kay was narrated the story, he jumped on board. He has already shot for a his portion in Hyderabad recently. He is playing a naval commander. ”
A directorial venture of Sankalp, the film, which is partly based on the book Blue Fish written by himself, deals with the mysterious sinking of PNS Ghazi, a Pakistan-deployed submarine during the 1971 India-Pakistan war. Rana is playing a naval officer on board the Indian submarine.
Meanwhile, we hear that a huge set has been erected near Tank Bund, Hyderabad for the film’s key portions. Being shot in Telugu and Hindi simultaneously, PVP Cinema is steamrolling the project.
