“I’m very selective and particular about working on TV shows. In spite of the fact that I have composed music for more than 100 Bengali films, this is my second TV composition on television,” Ganguly said in a statement.

Composer Jeet Ganguly has collaborated with singers Palak Muchhal and Jubin Nautiyal to compose the music album for the upcoming TV show Nagarjun: Ek Yoddha. The album will comprise three songs of different genres. The entire album will be composed by Ganguly.

“I’m very selective and particular about working on TV shows. In spite of the fact that I have composed music for more than 100 Bengali films, this is my second TV composition on television,” Ganguly said in a statement.

“When I heard the concept of the show, I fell in love with the story. I have put more efforts in this composition than I usually do even for films,” he added.

Nagarjun: Ek Yoddha, which will be aired on Life OK, will feature actors Anshuman Malhotra and Pooja Banerjee in the lead as Arjun and Noorie. Sharing her experience on working with Ganguly, Palak said: “I really liked the chemistry between the protagonists when I heard the story.

Also, according to me, television is a better medium than films because television music has a longer shelf life than films. “This song is close to me because Jeet has composed it and working with him again is a bliss”.

Nautiyal said that he loves working with Ganguly. "I have sung for television before but this song is special to me because of the unusual concept of the show. I don’t differentiate between the medium of television or films. It’s music that matters to me so I was happy to be a part”.
