Puri promises a new Balayya

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s new film with director Puri Jagannadh was officially launched in Hyderabad on Thursday. A bevy of noted faces Nandamuri Ramakrishna, A Kodandarami Reddy, B Gopal, Sivalanka Prasad, Gemini Kiran, C Kalyan, SS Rajamouli, Boyapati Sreenu, Krish, Nara Rohith, Ratnam and Sai Madhav Burra attended the muhurat and conveyed their best wishes to the team.

Speaking to media persons later, Balayya, fresh off the triumph of ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni,’ said, “It’s a crazy combination. The film will meet the expectations of my fans and general audience alike.” Puri said, “I’ve been waiting to direct Balakrishna since long and it’s finally happening now. I thank him for the opportunity. I promise his fans that it will meet their expectations. I’d be presenting Balayya in a new look and the dialogues will get a CD version for sure.”

He added, “We will go to sets on March 16 in Hyderabad and if there’s a possibility and if the date is good, we will arrive a day before the intended date September 29.” After the Hyderabad outing, a large chunk of the film’s shoot will take place in Europe in May.
