The shooting of his next, '1945' will be wrapped up very soon. Regina Cassandra played the female lead in this movie. Rana also signed a project under the direction of Guna Shekar. Meanwhile, he also agreed to do the lead role with Sai Pallavi as the female lead. As per the latest reports, the makers decided to confirm an interesting title 'Virata Parvam' for the film. The movie is reportedly going to revolve around the political conspiracies and Venu Udugula of 'Needi Naadi Oke Katha' fame is helming this project. If the buzz is to be believed, then Sai Pallavi will be seen as a Naxalite and Rana is going to appear as a police constable in the film.
Sources are claiming that Sai Pallavi's role will have more importance than Rana's role in the movie. The official announcement of the film is expected in January first week.
