Anu Emmanuel is star-struck

Despite flops like ‘Naa Peru Surya’ and ‘Shailaja Reddy Alludu,’ sexy siren Anu Emmanuel wants to work only with reigning stars and shunning offers with other young actors. “She has rejected three to four offers with relatively young actors and also with the son-in-law of a superstar,” says an industry source and adds “She is star-struck and dreams of working only with big stars in Telugu and is ready to go without offers, but she has no plans to change her attitude,” adds the source.
Probably, the ‘Majnu’ actress is unaware that A-listers prefer to work with divas who are among hits, than actresses with a baggage of flops. “Anu should realise this secret before offers dry up in T-town. Otherwise, she has to start her career almost from the scratch,” the source points out. Although, we can’t blame her decision since she understands that working with big stars like Allu Arjun and Naga Chaitanya will fetch her more mileage across the media and the industry. On the other hand, she needs to be in the reckoning by doing one or two smaller movies, a kind of balancing act. “Even Kajal, Samantha and Tamannaah had extended their acting stint by mixing up films with big and small actors, rather being star-struck,” the source concludes. Is Anu Emmanuel listening?
