Mangalagiri: At Mangalagiri in Guntur district a man attacked his wife and two children with an axe and injured them. According to police, Navuri Kaspar had a combat with his wife for not serving egg in dinner. His son meddled in between the couple, added the police.
Annoyed over the issue, in the midnight he attacked with an axe on his wife and two children while they were asleep. The trio has been severely injured in this incident.
They have been rushed to the local NRI hospital by the neighbours. The accused has fled immediately after the incident. A case has been booked and investigations are on.
