Senior IPS officer Paraskar got pre-arrest bail in Mumbai rape case. A special women’s court commented that Paraskar’s custodial interrogation was not necessary for the case and permitted him a pre-arrest bail.

Sunil Paraskar, a senior IPS officer accused of raping a Mumbai model. The model stated in her complaint that she was sexually abused and molested for 4 months.
Paraskar has been pleading that, the allegations are false and requesting to delay the process of filing FIR against him.
