Man kills father for SIM card

Going into details, Raju came home heavily drunk during the late hours of Monday and woke up his father Anjaneyulu and asked him for his SIM card which the old man was unable to trace out.
Mahabubnagar: In a bizarre incident, a man, in an inebriated mood killed his father in Sangineni village of Vepanagandla mandal in the district, on Monday night. Going into details, Raju came home heavily drunk during the late hours of Monday and woke up his father Anjaneyulu and asked him for his SIM card which the old man was unable to trace out.
When Anjaneyulu did not give him a proper reply, Raju became furious and attacked him with a stick. He also threw a stone on his head injuring him severely. However, his mother was able to protect herself by running away. The severely injured father died on the spot. Raju fled the scene.
