Admissions conclude at RGUKT

The Rajiv Gandhi University for Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) here on Tuesday said that admissions for B Tech 2014 had concluded.

The university registrar in a communiqué said that 95 per cent of seats were filled in the first counselling and five per cent were admitted from the waiting list. The classes have already begun on Tuesday at Basara, Nuzvid and RK Valley campuses.

According to the university, 32,916 applications were received against 3,000 seats all together in three campuses. The selections for counselling for the academic year 2014 were made in accordance with the Presidential order and RGUKT Act and the direction of the government.
