Advani will accept BJP decision, Rajnath Singh says

Just over 24 hours after he submitted his resignation, BJP president Rajnath Singh said that LK Advani has decided to accept the parliamentary board's request to stay in the core party bodies. "Advanji has said that any decision of the party he will accept," Rajnath Singh said quoting Advani, who quit on Monday. Advani, who had resigned on Monday from the parliamentary board, election committee and national executive, was not present at the brief press conference. "Mohan Bhagwat (RSS chief) has asked him to accept the parliamentary board decision and continue to guide the party in national interest. Advanji has accepted to accept Mohan Bhagwatji's advise," Rajnath Singh told reporters.
