Tata Salt has unveiled a new ad campaign for the Telangana and Seemandhra market, featuring Celebrity and city based chef Sanjay Thumma. Reiterating its long standing commitment to providing consistent taste, the new campaign demonstrates how a dash of Tata Salt brews magic in the kitchen. The new campaign shows Chef Sanjay Thumma approving of the consistent saltiness that a pinch of Tata Salt renders to every dish, thereby adding great taste and flavour.

Commenting on his association with Tata Salt, Chef Sanjay Thumma said, “As a chef, I know that every ingredient that goes into a dish adds to its taste. However, salt is that one ingredient that can make or break a dish. The ‘saltiness’ of other salts sometimes change from packet to packet. I am very happy to be associated with a brand that I have been using for many years now, and I hope to continue this association in the future.”

Speaking about the new campaign, Richa Arora, COO, Consumer Products Business Tata Chemicals, said, “Over the years, Tata Salt has become synonymous with branded iodised salt. We are able to promise the same saltiness in every packet of Tata Salt, because of our vacuum-evaporation manufacturing process and quality focus. The reliability of the brand has been endorsed by consumers across the country over many years now, helping us become ‘Desh Ka Namak’. Seemandhra and Telangana are key markets for us and through our products and through this campaign, we will continue with our efforts to deliver a great offering to consumers here.”

The new campaign will be rolled out in top channels on television and key towns for hoardings along with retail presence. Chef Sanjay Thumma currently features as a judge on Kitchen Super Star show on a leading channel and is also associated with a cookery programme called ‘Chettinad Samayal’.
