World Record Attempt To Collect Maximum Blood Units. IT Minister KT Rama Rao released the poster of Mega Blood Donation Drive (MBDD) on Monday.

IT Minister KT Rama Rao released the poster of Mega Blood Donation Drive (MBDD) on Monday. The event will be organised by Akhil Bhartiya Terapanth Yuvak Parishad (ABTYP) on September 6. KTR assured complete support to the team and evinced interest to donate blood on that day.

The MBBD is a nationwide campaign and this year a world record attempt will be made for collecting more than one lakh blood units.
The ABTYP Hyderabad Chapter will be conducting this campaign across 25-30 centres in the city, while around 300 centers are expected to be part of the campaign from all over India. This campaign is partnered by NACO (National Aids Control Organisation) and Ministry of Health, Govt. of India and several state governments.
Akhil Bhartiya Terapanth Yuvak Parishad is a youth wing of Jain Shwetambar Terapanth Society, extensively involved in various social and humanitarian duties under the guidance of Acharya Mahashraman.
