SRKIT students win 19 prizes at JNTU-K’s management meet

BA students of SRK Institute of Technology (SRKIT) excelled at a national level management meet organised by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada, at its campus at Enikepadu recently.

Business quiz, market makers, young manager, HR, finance, photography and other events were held as part of the management meet. As many as 19 students of SRK Institute stood first and second in the events.

“The college management has taken several initiatives to equip MBA students with industry ready skills. It is conducting seminars and workshops on a regular basis inviting eminent professors from reputed business schools in the country to provide better exposure to students. Mere participation in seminars and workshops is not enough for students to shine in academics and career.

They need to focus on implementation of valuable suggestions offered by the eminent faculty to enhance their power of understanding and subject knowledge, which help them achieve their career goals,’’ said SRKIT chairman Boyapati Appa Rao.SRKIT director P Venkata Narasaiah and Head of MBA Department N Subramanyam congratulated the students for their good show at the management meet.
