Girls urged to think Beyond EAMCET

Inspired by the resounding success of the five-year-old Challenger International School that is based at Moinabad, the promoters representing the US-headquartered Indian Muslim Relief and Charities (IMRC) have decided to spread their wings in the coming academic year.

To give a new dimension to learning and themed ‘Think beyond EAMCET’, the founders have floated Challenger Junior College for Girls. The endeavour would be to exhort students to aspire for seats in premier institutions like AIIMS, CMC Vellore, AFMC, IITs, IIMs, IIIT or be ready for securing admissions in reputed institutions offering CA, ICWA, CS, according to its academic advisor Prof Masood Ahmed, who comes with a distinguished globally-proven track-record.

CEO of the institution, Syed Aneesuddin said that they are enrolling the first batch of students for the 2015-16 academic year. The fee structure, according to them, was reasonable-Rs 50, 000 is the annual fee for the day-scholars while those opting for residential facilities will have to pay around Rs 1.25 lakh.

They said that they will strive to produce students who could emerge in flying colours when pitted against the best of competitive brains. To help translate their dreams, the institution houses the best of state-of-the-art infrastructure and has hired teachers of proven merit.

They said that they wished to spread the message that merely aspiring to get a seat in colleges based in Telangana State or Andhra Pradesh was limiting their opportunities. It was time to change this mindset, they reasoned. School principal Shegufta Parveen and college principal Sameena Yasmeen also spoke on the occasion.
