Shemrock & Shemford Group of Schools is planning to expand its network by opening 27 new schools in various locations across the city in the next three years. Under this expansion spree, the group is planning to add 23 preschools and 2 senior schools.

The chain has already opened seven preschools in the city and currently has around 12 preschool branches and senior school branch in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The group has been operating over 425 SHEMROCK Preschools and over 100 senior schools by the name of SHEMFORD Futuristic Schools across 27 states and Union Territories in India, Nepal and Bangladesh.

Speaking on this initiative, Amol Arora, vice-chairman and managing director, Shemrock & Shemford Group of Schools, said, “The philosophy behind our schools is very simple – if children enjoy learning, then it is natural and stress-free for them. Keeping this in mind, we have made our schools child-friendly so that children run to school and have an enjoyable learning experience and walk back home.

Further, to prepare the children for a technology-driven world of tomorrow, we extensively use touchscreen boards, projectors, tablets, robotics and electronic blocks in our schools. These latest technological tools are used as teaching aids to enhance the teaching-learning process at our schools.”
