Ice cream joint Iceberg’s parlour was inaugurated in the city by MLA Gadde Ramamohan Rao at Tikkle Road on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, he said, “To have an array of ice cream made of natural colours and flavours is a treat in itself. The huge demand potential for ice cream in the city can be tapped by the major brands which will also help generate employment.”

Briefing about the ice cream joint, Iceberg franchisee Dr Suhas Shetty said, “Iceberg produces more than 100 ice cream varieties and flavours, including fresh fruits, dry fruits, frozen tiramisu, perfect perfetta and chocolate-based live waffle cup. We have imported a pan machine from Argentina to make waffle cups.” The Iceberg ice cream varieties are available in a price range of Rs 50 to Rs 300.
