Capacity building workshop at DAV concludes

Hyderabad: The two-day workshop on Capacity Building on Aspects of CCE drew to a conclusion on August 11 on a vibrant note. The workshop aimed at capacitating teachers of new generation CBSE schools of Telangana in infusing and evaluating life skills in students that help an individual to acquire an equable temperament.

The workshop covered all the elements that go into making a complete well-rounded personality with the capacities of self awareness, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, interpersonal relations, effective communication, empathy, managing emotions and coping with stress.

PPT presentations, video clippings, games, situational role plays and brain-storming sessions kept the workshop alive and educative. The trained teachers in turn are to train other teachers of their school and disseminate their learning.
