As we gear up for Diwali celebrations, most of us might have already decided on the outfit and makeup, but are rather confused regarding the hairstyle. We dread the idea of creating new hairstyles for every occasion, and it usually involves too much money, effort, and time to get a rocking hairdo. So to avoid the trouble and confusion, Pooja Savla, the creative director of Warren Tricomi Salon has some tips for you.

The Low Bun: If you are looking for a fusion mix where tradition meets mod, then a low bun with puff is a win-win choice! The look includes a full-puff in the front bangs, slowly turning into a neat low bun.

Off Twists & Turns: For those who have short hair, this hairstyle will aid your traditional look. Simply, twist a bang from either one side or both sides of your hair and pin it with bobby pins. If you wish to be a little more edgy, twist more than two bangs on one side. This is simple yet classy for a festive look.

Top Knot: If you are running out of time and have no patience to do a neat hairstyle, just gather it all together into a top knot. It saves time and looks good even if messy and is trendy! The best part about this hairstyle is that it goes with any outfit. If you wish to look more on the traditional side, flip your brushed hair down, start with a backward and end it with a knot on the top. So chic!
The Bindiya/ Tikka Attraction: This hairstyle works very well with curly hair both long as well as short. After a good hair wash (Shampoo + Conditioner) apply a serum, which will smooth out the frizz, adding beauty to your natural curls. Create a straight and neat center parting, lay the Tikka/Long Bindiya on the parting of the hair, ensuring the pendant is on the forehead.
Braid it: Whether in fashion or not, the braids are definitely here to stay! If you like braids but want to stand out from the crowd, go for the dutch braid. It’s the same thing as the French braid; the only difference is that you are pulling the pieces of hair under the braid, instead of over the braid like how you would do in French. This trending braid suits all types of hair, can be done on long and short (shoulder length) hair too and has various varieties to play around with.
