Hewlett Packard India announced a three-day collection drive for residents and businesses in the city to manage their e-waste responsibly.
Hewlett Packard India announced a three-day collection drive for residents and businesses in the city to manage their e-waste responsibly.
As part of the HP Planet Partners programme, a HP-branded van will be available from 11 am to 5 pm starting from Friday until June 19. The locations for the cleanliness drive are ISB Road in Gachibowli, Sanath Nagar and PG Road in Begumpet.
Residents can bring their used desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and other electronic accessories to these locations and HP will recycle and dispose these devices in a responsible and safe manner.
“Today, businesses and consumers are constantly trying to stay up to date with the latest technology and face a challenge when it comes to the disposal of outdated devices,” said Upasana Choudhry, Manager, Social and Environmental Responsibility and Compliance, HP India.
