P Nageeshwar and Maleka Jabeen of class XII were unanimously elected as Head boy and Head girl Ch Sriman and K Vishaka Vijaya were elected as deputy head boy and head girl through elections held in a democratic way. The cultural secretaries are Pragyna Priya Sahoo for the junior wing and B Vaishnavi Reddy for the senior wing.
The Chief Guest Dr TKK Naidu, Vice Principal, Prathima Medical College, stressed the importance of possessing good communication skills and vast general knowledge. He also emphases that hard work, discipline, patience, time management, exemplary life are important qualities possessed by a leader.
Principal of the institution T Lalitha Kumari in her motivating address reminded the elected members that their badges have value when commitment and dedication are incorporated in their daily duty. She mentioned that the present great young leaders were able to reach their position because they were leaders in their youth.
She administered the Oath to the Student Governing Council. In their acceptance speech the Head Boy and Head Girl promised to help in every aspect for the betterment of the school. The Chairman Dr Sudhakar Rao Polsani congratulated the newly elected Governing Council and wished them ‘All the Best’ in executing their duties.
