##BIG-IMAGE#Hyderabad: Department ECE, School of Technology, GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad alumni Kakarla Subhash has received admission offers from seven IIMs for admission into their respective Post Graduation Programs for the Academic year 2018-20.

He has enrolled at the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi (IIM Ranchi). It is one of the top B-Schools in India and South Asia, with a wonderful campus in the vicinity of industrial cities like Jamshedpur. In this connection, he recollected days as a student at GITAM Hyderabad in the department of ECE 2013-17.

He had great opportunity to learn and practice various managerial methodologies as an active member of Kalakriti, Charaiveti, NSS, Pramana etc., which laid the foundation for his interest in the field of management and chance to expertise in the same. Subhash has been awarded Gold medal, by the Hon’ble Vice President of India, Sri. Venkaiah Naidu for being the best Allrounder across B.Tech and M.Tech. He also received awards like University Merit Award, Best Leader Award, etc. He has authored and been Member of Editorial Board of various international publications.

This background gave him confidence and finally paved the way for his success in one of the most competitive and difficult exams in India, where only about less than 1% among 2.5 lakh applicants actually make it. He thanked his dearest teachers, HoDs and various departments, Heads/Principals/Directors of Schools and especially the Hon’ble Pro Vice-Chancellor, Prof. N. Siva Prasad, for the immense support and cooperation throughout his tenure as the student at GITAM.
