TMI e2E Academy’s retail arm, YES (Youth Employability Service) is a National Skill Development Corporation funded company that extends its support to the Hyderabad youth by identifying appropriate employment opportunities for them. The company has rendered counselling and coaching in the entry level jobs to more than 5000 graduates and has helped enroll them in jobs best suited as per their capabilities.
There are currently 4 ‘YES’ centres in various cities like Pune, Bangalore and Kolkata including Hyderabad. Hyderabad is the city where the first YES centre was set up about 6 months ago near Pass port office, Secunderabad. The centre was an instant hit among graduates and under graduates seeking jobs and counselling in various fields. The company offers four services, firstly a full-fledged information and facilitation center for all kinds of jobs for graduate/non graduates with 0 to 2 years of work experience. Secondly, a Job Personality Fitment Test and an Aptitude Test to help determine the kind of job best suited as per the candidate’s strengths. Thirdly, a one-on-one counselling session is offered to help candidates understand the various job profiles available to him/her. Lastly, focused training programmes and lectures from industry experts will be provided to mentor and coach candidates to help them pick the right job.
T Muralidharan, Chairman, TMI Group, said, “YES provides young aspirants the right path by counselling, coaching and training them under one roof. Over the past 6 months, around 5000 candidates have benefited from the services of YES. In the next 12 months, seven more centres will be set up, with three specifically aimed for the students of Kerela. YES hopes to become Pan India within the next 2 years.”
