SMR Holdings, one of the leading real estate companies in Hyderabad, recently announced the launch of their new project, “SMR Vinay Harmony County”. The gated community, located at Bandlaguda, Rajendra Nagar will be inaugurated on August 31.
The County will have 2 high rise towers with 475 apartments in both the blocks.
This is the first phase of the project and is funded by the ICICI group. The project has world class state-of-the art facilities with 70% open space and is also vastu compliant. It also promises a comfortable lifestyle with a club house, a swimming pool along with a gymnasium. The facilities offered are a tennis court, indoor badminton court, a jogging track, ample parking space and a host of other services.
The cost of per sqft is going to be around Rs 3000 as of now. The first phase of the project has been completed and the company hopes to attract more investors by 2014 and start off with its phase 2 and 3. Being strategically located at Bandlaguda, it is well connected to the IT hub of the city, the airport, international schools, hospitals and educational institutions.

He concluded by saying, “I’m proud to say that we have the complete support of all our families and we plan to expand to 2-tier cities soon. The places we are looking at right now are Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Mysore, Coimbatore and when it comes to AP, we have set our sights on Vishakapatnam.”
