Wonder toddler and awestruck audience

Hyderabad: Three-and-a-half-year-old Abhinav Anup is a gifted child and is already making headlines. The child prodigy from Hyderabad leaves everyone awestruck with his exceptional memory. Abhinav can recite in any order the capitals of a hundred countries across the globe.

His talent was first identified by his class teacher, who brought it to the notice of his parents. Taking the cue, his parents drew him towards general knowledge. The little one has by heart capitals of all the Indian states and countries as well. His talent came to fore when he showcased it to a packed house at his school’s annual day function held at Hari Hara Kala Bhavan recently.

The tiny tot’s talent left the audience awestruck. He successfully answered all the questions posed to him by the chief guest of the event Malathi Ganesh, who was also mesmerized. The chief guest, who is also the director of the school Abhinav attends, not only praised the toddler’s unique ability but also waived the fees of the child.

“The child must continue to be mentored by his parents. Given his talent, they have an additional responsibility of nurturing the little one’s talent and moulding him,” Malathi said. Abhinav’s parents have also applied to the Indian Book of Records to acknowledge their son’s unique talent.
