Indian Bank lowers home loan interest rate to 8.25%
Indian Bank has undertaken a revision of Home Loan Interest @ 8.25%, the lowest in the industry and applicable to any amount of home loan without ceiling. The monthly EMI per Lakh will be Rs751/ per lakh for a thirty year loan period.
Himayatnagar: Indian Bank has undertaken a revision of Home Loan Interest @ 8.25%, the lowest in the industry and applicable to any amount of home loan without ceiling. The monthly EMI per Lakh will be Rs751/ per lakh for a thirty year loan period.
R. Manohar, Zonal Manager while informing the above downward revision in home loan interest along with festive offers of nil processing charges and nil repayment charges urged the customers and prospective home buyers to avail home loan from Indian Bank. He also highlighted the point that Indian Bank branches in twin cities will hand over the sanction within 24 hours to their customers.
Indian Bank, which was established on 15th August 1907 as part of the Swadeshi movement, rapidly expanded its strong roots throughout length and breadth of the country. Serving the nation with a dedicated team of over 20000 staff, reported a total business of Rs.3,59,653 crore as on 31.12.2017. Net Profit of the Bank is Rs.1127.01 crore for the 9-month period ending 31.12.2017.
