MP sanctions Rs10 lakh for community hall
Malkajgiri MP CH Malla Reddy sanctioned Rs 10 lakh for the construction of a community hall at Aakash Nagar Colony in New Bowenpally. A community hall was a long felt need of the residents of the colony said J Maheshwar Reddy, member Secunderabad Cantonment Board Ward No 1.
New Bowenpally: Malkajgiri MP CH Malla Reddy sanctioned Rs 10 lakh for the construction of a community hall at Aakash Nagar Colony in New Bowenpally. A community hall was a long felt need of the residents of the colony said J Maheshwar Reddy, member Secunderabad Cantonment Board Ward No 1.
P Nalini, president, Aakash Nagar Colony said, “The residents have been demanding for a community hall for a long time. Now there would be no need to go out of the colony to conduct events.”
Ward member J Maheshwar Reddy said, “The sanction of Rs 10 lakh by the Malkajgiri is welcome and we are grateful for his gesture. This will go a long way and help the people in the area in more ways than one. We would make optimum use of the community hall and also plan to train unemployed women with skills and use the hall in the future.”
