‘Distribution of passbooks should be completed by June 20’
Additional Secretary in the Office of the Chief Minister Smita Sabharwal on Friday directed district Collectors to ensure that the distribution of the pattadar passbooks should be completed by June 20.
Hyderabad: Additional Secretary in the Office of the Chief Minister Smita Sabharwal on Friday directed district Collectors to ensure that the distribution of the pattadar passbooks should be completed by June 20.
Addressing district Collectors through video conference, she asked the Collectors to complete the distribution of the rest of the passbooks by June 20. She clarified their doubts on how to rectify the mistakes cropped up in the passbooks. A correction module has been designed. She asked the Collectors to rectify the mistakes update the corrected data in the relevant website by June 13.
She asked them to give comprehensive details of non-residents in the village and Non-resident Indians. She asked the collectors to inform the farmers who have not received their passbooks to collect them before June 20.
She asked them to update in the relevant mobile application the corrections made, first two pages of the pass book, Aadhaar seeding, digital and manual signatures by June 13. Rangareddy district collector Raghunandan Rao, Joint Collector Harish and others took part in the video conference.
