DCP plants over 5,000 saplings in Gurrala Gondi
On the directions of the SP, Deputy Commissioner of Police Narasimha Reddy on Tuesday planted at least 5000 saplings as part of the fourth phase of Haritaharam project in Gurralagondi of Chinnakodur mandal of Siddipet district
Siddipet: On the directions of the SP, Deputy Commissioner of Police Narasimha Reddy on Tuesday planted at least 5000 saplings as part of the fourth phase of Haritaharam project in Gurralagondi of Chinnakodur mandal of Siddipet district.
He exhorted the villagers to carefully nurse the saplings planted. He explained the interdependence of flora and fauna and dependence of the humanhind on their for their survival. He also laid emphasis on environmental protection. The trees help conserve the soil, he said analyzing that if we protect the trees they will protect us.
His message to the people was to plant saplings, nurse them and protect them. Chinnakodur SI Ashok, village police officer Satyam, former sarpanch Anjaneyulu, MPTC Mallesam and others were present on the occasion.
